Robbyn was an absolutely fantastic resource for my wife and I when we bought our house in 2012. There were many reasons we thought she was great, but first and foremost, her knowledge of the La Crescenta area was pretty much boundless, and that really helped us focus on what was going to work best for us. We hadn't narrowed down a specific neighborhood, or house type in advance, so what we needed was someone who could show us a range of what might be available, but at the same time try to help us hone in on what were the key things to look for, and what were the right trade-offs to be considering.

Robbyn did all of that very, very well. Plus, because she was so up on local developers and what they were up to, we were able to find some interesting places that were still being finished and weren't widely seen or known about. We wound up in one of those, and we are absolutely thrilled.

On top of that, she did a great job listing and selling our old place, and everything came together surprisingly quickly, so that the two transactions overlapped perfectly. That saved us a bunch of money. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and all-around knowledge made the whole thing as much of a pleasure as buying a house can be. It's a big stress-fest, so you want somebody in your corner who knows what they're doing.
